Yes, only available with email orders.

How big/heavy is the magnet on the cat collar? (my two cats are rather measly in size)
The magnets are small and very lightweight.

Do you install cat doors over the weekend or after hours?
Hours Monday-Friday 9-5pm, Saturday 9-3pm

I don't live in Auckland, how do I get my catdoor that I have ordered installed?
We have recommended installers throughout New Zealand.

Do you intall into wood?
Yes, our qualified glazier, will fit into all wooden doors and walls.

I have a catdoor and need it installed. Can I pay using my credit card?
No. However, if you would like to pay by internet banking, please advise us prior to installation.

We are moving house shortly. Are you able to remove our current cat door and install in our new place? Yes

Are you also able to replace the glass in the current home?
Yes

Does the 3 year door warrenty cover installation as well?
No. This only covers the manufacturers warrenty.

One cat is already half use it, preferring the butler service to gain entry, the cats will some learn.
